Rob Dasma Mojo Gig

Again! It was such a MOJO experience that I won't forget. So, ahm, obviously, it's a gig of my fave band MOJOFLY. I went at Robinsons Dasma with some of my friends, Raffy, Mariecar, Shaira and her boyfriend Yugi. It's fun I could say. My friends were able to meet the band members on the autograph signing, on stage. (asking why sila lang?) Well, I was a bit shy or maybe TOO shy to go up stage to greet them. I even made Shaira to give my CD to the band and sign it. It was totally a horrible moment of my life kasi I did not get the chance to greet MOJOFLY. Nakakahiya kasi! But then the band were soooo nice! It's more than what I expected. Also we saw Kat2x (MOJOFLY fan) there. She's nice too! Raffy approached her then everything turned a little UNEXPECTED! I was shocked when she introduced me to Ms. K (manager) ayon! It turned out, really embarassing, for me! Sorry for that! Anyway, I really enjoyed the show, as always. Ganun talaga kapag favorite. Especially andun si,.... nah! You guys dont have to know! Hehehe. Right now, I'm excited on MOJOFLY's upcoming concert, we're surely gonna be there. See ya'll!

Padi's Point Mojo Gig ^_^

It's my first time at Padi's Point and trust me it was such a unique experience, especially my favorite band MOJOFLY performed there. It's a special night for me.

We planned about it. We're so excited that we couldn't sleep right before the padi's point mojo gig. ( although it wasn't our first time to see them perform LIVE! )

APRIL 30, 2005 - IT'S PADI'S POINT MOJO GIG

I told my bestfriend kuya raffy the other day that he should pick me at 1:00 - 2:00 pm on this day. Surprisingly, he came earlier than what i've told him. He came around 12:00 pm. GOSH! Unfortunately, i'm still sleeping. My mama told him to come back later. Then my mama woke me up after kuya raffy left and went back to their house. I almost threw my fone when i noticed that it's already 12:15 pm. Why? I set it's alarm clock at 9:00 am but it doesn't wake me up, no alarm tone came out from it. Siguro meron pero 'di ko lang narinig. Then after I woke up, I start working on my things. I took a bath, ate my brunch ( breakfast and lunch ) since I haven't took my breakfast, work on my clothes and a whole lot of stuffs. I finished working on those exactly 2:30 pm. That's quite matagal huh? But still kuya raffy isn't showing. I wait and wait and wait that I almost get bored. I decided to watch TV while waiting for him. It's 4:00 pm, and I'm really bored and annoyed too. I went to their house and pick him up, oh great! Why am I the one who would pick him up? He should be the one to do that! Anyways, ok lang naman. And then we went to mariecar's house, our bestfriend, to see if she's all ready and prepared. Unfortunately, she can't go with us. Hindi pa kasi dumadating parents niya galing Laguna eh, and so she can't go. Too bad. Then three of us had a little chat about MOJOFLY and other. Anything goes! It's 5:30 pm, we left our bestfriend mariecar and decided to go to an Internet Cafe to spend our spare time there. Since Padi's Gig will start at 10:30 pm, it would be too early if we'd go there at 5:30 pm. We felt a little tired surfing the net and so we went to SM Bacoor and decided to have fun there until 9"00 pm. We went to Quantum ( hope you know what quantum is ) and played a lot of games there. It's 9:09 pm, we left the mall. We rode in a weird bus and it's actually our first time to take a ride on a different kind of bus. Later, we're trying to figure out how to pay for our fare cause as weird as it is, it doesn't have it's konduktor ( like other buses ) to collect for the passenger's fare. We laugh a lot about it. We even thought that our ride was libre. We're so lucky naman if it's really libre. Suddenly, we saw a lot of buzzers in each seat. Then we found out na pipindutin 'yon kapag magpapara na yung passenger then there's one person that would get the fare from the passenger, right before the passenger would left the bus. Kuya Raffy thought of tripping with the buzzers, pero 'di namin kaya! Baka magalit si mamang driver! Besides, we're still km. away from padi's point. Baka bigla kaming papabain sa sobrang inis. Anyways, enoungh of that! We arrived at Padi's Point at around 11:00 pm, ang traffic eh! GOSH! We're late! Good thing it's still not MOJOFLY's turn to perform. Whew! Geeze... 3 guest bands performed ( siguro meron pang iba, 'di lang namin naabutan! ) we felt a little bored... Sorry. Since we're late, we didn't make it to sit in front, and so we sat on beside this "fish pond thing". It's MOJOFLY's turn!! I felt a little excited when Daniel Crisologo, guitar sessionist of MOJOFLY, ay dumaan sa harap namin! Thinking that the other band members would do the same. And trust me, THEY ALL DID! WOOHOO!! We all saw them and take note, UP - CLOSE!! It was so amazing! Lougee ( vocalist ) even smiled at us! And then I realized, it's worth sitting beside the "fish pond thing". Hehe! They started sound checking. First song they played was turn, one of my favorite MOJOFLY song. They played lots of MOJOFLY song like mata, minamalas, another day, 99 red balloons, alright w/o you, scooter boy and a whole lot more! They also played that's what I like about you of lillix and a song from the beatles. They're so cool! They really know how to put up a show. So for that, TWO THUMBS UP! You guys really did a great job. Lougee was so amusing. She has a lot of jokes. One I can't forget was the moment she told us, the audience, "sorry ha! binarilkasi ako kanina eh!" after taking off her top shirt. Butas - butas kasi yung dress niya eh! But it looks so artistic! But that one's quite funny. Haha! She's the best band vocalist EVER! Ali, the drummer, did a great job too. A lot of girls were screaming of his name. He's an attractive guy naman kasi! I can't blame those gurls! Ricci, bassist, cool guy! He knows how to get along. I like him that way! COOL! Talking about "coolness", Daniel, who played for the lead guitar, really is the coolest guitar player i've known! Ang galing - galing niya! Sayang! He should be the permanent lead guitarist of the band. They all did a great job. I'm sure Karina, their beutiful and gorgeous manager was very proud of them. We really enjoyed being there.

But as always, everything has an end. And I really felt bitin when the show ended. I would never forget that MOJO Gig, EVER!! ^_^

We left Padi's Point at around 2:12 am and we got home by 3:30 am. Unfortunately, na-GROUNDED ako! Why? I almost forgot that we're having an outing the next day, kaya when I got home, they're all waiting for me. My dad, my mama, my ate and my kuya! Everything and everyone was all ready. The car, foods and other stuffs that we're using for the outing. GOSH! My dad really gat mad at me. He kept doing his sermon even while driving. And as I was expecting, i'm grounded for the whole week. Geeze... But it's alright... Worth it naman...
